Growing up, I’ve been surrounded by mountains, lakes, canyons, and valleys. I was raised as a gearhead, by a family full of gearheads. Sunday night dinners always consisted of my dad and his brothers swapping stories about their latest adventures and relinquishing reviews about their newly acquired pieces of equipment. Listening to debates of long-time mountain men inspired me to take a deep-interest in the vast world of outdoor gear.

I bring that same curiosity into my design process, combining engineering thinking with hands-on product development. Through sketching, CAD, and prototyping, I focus on building solutions that are durable, manufacturable, and built for real use. I’m driven by refining function through iteration. Testing ideas, identifying failure points, and improving performance. My goal is to create gear that not only looks intentional, but proves itself in the field.
